Pros

Great company overall The office is nice

Cons

The customer service is the most toxic environment to work in. Micromanagement, lack of flexibility, a lot a pressure, and very little perspectives of evolution. Most of people want to leave the CS before the end of the first year. So you will need to have strong connexions to leave this hell. It's too bad cause there are a lot of very smart people in this department, but they will often forget about their sense of judgement once they become leaders. KPIs were getting less and less reachable and the QA department would work on identifying what can make you loose your bonus. Sometimes you will be asked to stay for unpaid overtime and will need to give "legit reasons" if you cannot.

Layoffs all the time. Not stable
