The OP manager or owner definitely needs to work on communication skills with his employees and be more up front about things. This place is "Affected" by the wholesale market, so I'd advise not to look to this place for a long term solution. I would have given it more stars, But I don't feel it deserves it given how things are handled around there. Could be a really good place to work if things are handled properly and management communicated better
