As soon as I started, it felt like home and was warmly welcomed by everyone. All staff were so friendly and helpful and could not have gone out of their way more to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. eWave really prides themselves on having a great family like team culture. You are treated like a person and not just another number. Even among their busy schedules, the directors go out of their way to ensure they speak to & check in with their employees daily. Senior management and the team leads are some of the best in the industry at what they do and its really inspiring to work alongside them every day. Ewave is only getting bigger and better and its truly exciting to be part of this rapidly growing company and to watch such a hard working team continuously accomplish their goals.
