Pros

As a women’s membership services company, we help women business owners and entrepreneurs succeed in both business and life. Our CEO, Sandra Yancey, is incredible. She really sets the tone and pace by inspiring and encouraging us and innovating our service offerings. We are a small company with less than 20 people on the team, but our impact is felt all over North America. When I started here, I had no idea I would receive the opportunities that have come my way. But truthfully, everyday when I leave the office, I am proud of the work we do to lift and help women and provide them with access to people and resources that transform their businesses. If you want to work for a company that will reward you and provide you with unlimited growth opportunities and make you better in the process, eWomenNetwork, is the place.

Cons

If you are a gossipy person who sees the glass half empty instead of full, this is not the place for you. If you do not have an “excellence” mindset and instead perform mediocre work, you will not last at eWomenNetwork. The CEO is very open and caring here and provides all the tools one needs. Really, the only bad thing about eWomenNetwork is… they have high exceptions of themselves and others.

Pros

eWomenNetwork is the real deal when it comes to supporting women in business. The community builds genuine, lasting relationships -75% of my business referrals have come directly through the eWN network, which speaks for itself. The organization operates with exceptional integrity at every level, from member interactions to corporate leadership. There is a clear, compelling mission (helping one million women each achieve one million dollars in annual revenue) that creates alignment and purpose throughout everything they do. As both a former Managing Director and now in a corporate role - though contract, I've seen the infrastructure, the strategy, and the people - all of it is built to actually deliver results, not just look good on a website.

Cons

The organization is growing rapidly, which means systems and processes are constantly evolving to keep up with scale. If you thrive in a fully structured, highly predictable environment, that pace of change can be a stretch, and it may not be for you. This is a high-expectation culture - the mission is big and the bar is high, which is energizing for the right person but may not suit everyone.

Pros

I love the environment here. The owners really care for the team and recently they’ve shifted the company culture and really got us involved in the companies growth trajectory which makes it exciting to work here and me excited for my growth too! I’m definitely never bored and I like the fast paced energy in the office

Cons

There is never downtime. The company demands a lot from us. But we know what we are working towards
