Employee are very good.(That's the only one Pros)
Cons
a) Can’t keep talented individual to stay. b) Mircro-Management issue c) They lead by fear and think that’s a effective way to manage people. d) Arrogance e) They need to control everything you do. f) Too many to list. Crazy rules, forced to work 9:30am - 9pm daily. g) No INTERNET access. i) As per their policy Saturday is OFF but need to go Every Saturday j) No OFFICE EVENTS. k) You have to take leave 1 month otherwise it is not sanctioned. l) If you take leave on Friday/Monday then 3 days holiday will get deducted. m) Salary you will get after 1.5 month that if you have to ask them otherwise 2 months or more.
