Pros
External exposure as a good brand. So brand value alone and nothing else
Cons
Managers treating employees like slaves. No work culture and employees are always put down and treated like pigs No training is giving but work is dumped in your head and if something goes wrong you are deducted Rs 200/ mistake. They bring in corporate rules whenever they want, they say they work like a startup when they need.
