Pros

I wouldn't have been able to last as long as I have if it weren't for the support of my coworkers.

Cons

Employees receive too much pressure from management. We're constantly being micromanaged, monitored at all times etc. It's hard to get anything done when a manager is yelling at you, nitpicking at minor details that really don't matter. It's practically impossible to meet deadlines, and management blames employees for being incompetent. It's frustrating, stressful, and exhausting to deal with such arrogant clowns.

Pros

I've worked for Dave and Michele for a little over a year now and i can truly say that i love my job. The customers are great, my team is great, and the owners are awesome. Dave and Michele are trustworthy, loyal, honest, and approachable. And while not everything is always sunshine and rainbows, I wholeheartedly mean it when I say I am happier at this job than any other place I've ever worked.

Cons

Hours are a little unpredictable between how long a cleaning takes and customer changing their schedules. While we work 8-5 and I've only had to stay after 5 twice in an entire year, we don't have an exact time when we clock out. We're done when we're done. to fix this issue, I usually plan on working until 5 and if I get off early thats easier to manage than getting off late.

Pros

Depends on what a pro is to you. Not much that I can remember.

Cons

Not sure there is enough room to type this all out. Bad attitudes throughout the organization. The CEO micromanages everything to a fault, lacks trust in his employees and expects that you would give up weekends and work late nights with little to no warning. I am embarrassed for every employee who works here. The high rate of turnover speaks for itself.
