- One of the worst company to work in. The VP here is doing micro management and always finds way to cut salary. - There is no channel to express your thoughts regarding works. - You are considered bad employee if you take leaves. They just credit leaves and when you ask for leave they find reason to cut your salary. - The VP and HR play politics with the employees. - They only care about their projects, once the project work is done, they do not care about the employees that have worked on it.
