Pros
Company core values, which match mine and very much guide our work on daily basis; Highly experienced team members whom I learn from every day, and who have also become close friends; fully-remote environment by design, with intentional and thoughtful community building efforts; the opportunity to grow in a supportive professional environment; competitive compensation including professional development, PTO, etc.
Cons
We are fully remote, which has tremendous benefits, but can also be a challenge when you really like your coworkers but you can’t randomly bring them coffee just to see them smile.
