Good product and market potential.

Leadership in the US is awful. Lacks the experience and skills to run a business. No operational framework, no people skills, micromanage but don’t provide any strategic direction. Benefits and compensation below market. The CRO promised a long term incentive plan was in the works when recruiting, but it never happened. Health benefits are a joke.

You can breathe integrity in the air. Every employee is kind, highly intelligent, and delivers excellence as a team. Lots of opportunities and management values internal promotions.

Can't tell single one. Learning curve is steep, but if you're a curious person, this is your place, because the product is very interesting.
