Pros

• Somehow this company managed to hire a nice bunch of people, but they are either fleeing away after the abuse or getting fired • People from different backgrounds create a diverse social experience

Cons

• Unethical Boys Club • The owner (CEO) of the company has no vision nor direction • Even though other executives are somehow open for a change, the major roadblock of the company – which is the owner – won't let that happen • Be ready to be abused or questioned about your own profession. Seems like the "diploma of life" qualifies these individuals to reject your scientific approach • If you are on the good side of the executives, you will be the next best thing until you aren't • Do not trust or confide to any executives • Raising concerns and presenting solutions for the company to succeed will get you fired • Non existent HR

Pros

Non-leadership team is a great bunch of people.

Cons

*They micro manage your entire day, by the hour *They change the requirements of your job and pay structure on a whim *Management has zero accountability and will score you negatively for initiatives you need their help with, while they have been unable to secure the resources *The owner doesn't understand sales and thinks upping metrics will overcome shrinking leads pools, customer cash flow issues, and non existent training

Pros

They offer parking facilities and occasionally provide pizza for employees.

Cons

Positive reviews are likely biased, as they are primarily generated by favoured employees who receive preferential treatment from the owner. Hostile treatment of employees, including instances of verbal abuse and intimidation. Fostering a culture of conflict and division within different teams. Excessive micromanagement across all levels of the organization, stifling autonomy and creativity. The owner exhibits a pervasive attitude of superiority, disregarding the expertise and perspectives of others. Lack of HR support exacerbates issues related to employee mistreatment and conflicts in the workplace. Employees may encounter resistance or skepticism regarding their professional expertise, as the owner appears to prioritise subjective life experience over objective, scientifically-backed approaches.
