Pros
Coming from multiple fortune 100 companies, i'd start by saying this experience at eos has been very rewarding. Eos is a small private company growing into a big industry player. There has been significant investment from owners and leaders here to grow the brand and win in market over the last 12 months, and its showing. Lots of new ideas and ways of thinking, without the bureaucratic slow to-market process. Very different from the big CPGs.
Cons
At times the company has moved faster than we probably can handle, requiring a lot of stress on the system. With incremental headcount, investment in systems and analytics, and focus on priorities, eos is onto something big. Would also say that historically the organization has been relatively flat as with all small private companies. However with the investment in people at all levels over the past 12 months, career path model set in place.
