Pros
This place is for: Workaholics, Back stabbing lowlifes, Bullies, and people with no family, friends, social life... If you have no to very little agency experience you'll learn a lot in a very short period of time, but only because you will be required to stay and work late everyday or take work home. Everyone else that has any integrity, work ethics or lives by the rule "live and let live" should steer clear!
Cons
Lots of passive-aggressive behavior, double standards, no respect for employees, bullying by the management (all levels, starting with the owners). General feeling of being like a slave. Office politics is part of the job there - if you don't know how to play the game you won't last, get promoted, etc... Forget about planning on doing anything except work during the week. You will also mandatory "volunteer" for company's events on the weekends. Everyday you will wake up wondering what time will you leave work and hoping it will be no later than 8pm... Leaving for lunch? Expect to be called in, because there is a change that needs to be made to the project and it cannot wait 30 minutes... Creative director (owner) will start reviewing your work at 6 and expect you to stay late and make changes... High turnover rate lowers morale and causes stress to the team. They have a job posting for every position in the company on their website listed... In four months (beginning of June-end of September) 9 people quit, including everyone on the web team(!), except for the head of the web department who is also the partner in the company. I think that speaks volumes...
