We appreciate hearing that our salary and holiday package contribute to a positive employment experience.
However, we regret to read about the challenges that you have encountered in 2018, including the management style, HR vision and decision making process.
Since your review, eu-LISA has continued to develop and improve.
First of all, we are interested in how our employees feel about the management dynamic. We aim to foster an environment of open communication and mutual respect. Therefore, your feedback is valuable as we continuously work to improve and create a workplace culture where employees feel safe and empowered to express their opinions, take risks, and innovate without the fear of negative consequences.
Secondly, eu-LISA’s HR vision outlines the long-term aspirations and strategic objectives of the Human Resources unit. The objectives are every year reviewed, adjusted, and communicated.
Lastly, we recognise the importance of a smooth decision-making process. We have recently implemented agile working methodologies within various eu-LISA units to improve efficiency and productivity.
