      I am currently a BHM (therapist) working at evolvedMD and my year is coming up this Friday (10/21). I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have learned so much about myself, not only as a clinician but as a individual working throughout this past year. I continue to be acknowledged for my hard work and dedication to the company and my clients which is something that motivates and drives me. Do yourself a favor and apply to evolvedMD if you're an LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMT or LMFT. It will be one of the best decisions in your career path, promise!

      I know that the company is currently looking into better compensation, bonuses, etc.

      Pros

      Evolvedmd has a great work culture . In terms of work culture it is one of the best places I have ever worked. They don’t just talk it .they truly believe in it and practice what they preach .

      Cons

      Things could be a little disorganized at time; Sometimes partnerships were not up to date, Tech issues would arise , therapists weren’t clear on care coordination requests. Also, you had to go to clinics at least 3 times a week . I didn’t mind going but it was frustrating being there and not feeling like there was a purpose . It was great seeing our bhm ,but other than that , We usually just sat in a corner and did the same thing we could’ve done at home .
