The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There is a high level of trust and autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of meaningful work rather than being micromanaged. Leadership is approachable and provides guidance when needed while still giving you room to make decisions. Good performance is recognised, and increased responsibilities based on my contributions. The work-life balance has also been good, especially considering it's a fast-moving startup.

As with most startups, priorities can change quickly and processes are still evolving. Documentation and internal processes could be more structured as the company continues to grow.
