Pros

Pay was in keeping with typical contracting rates. If you're just looking to collect a check, then this is ok.

Cons

No support from management to resolve issues. In situations, mgmt more focused on protecting their engagements than helping you. You are essentially asked to shut up and do your job. Any professional with experience should be careful as you may get an unexpected response that you would never get in a full time position.
