Rapidly declining company - Anonymous employee flatfair Employee Review

Thank you for your review. Like all businesses, ours has been affected by Covid-19 and we have had to restructure the team in various ways as a result. Despite the challenges of the last year (and we absolutely recognise these), our current monthly employee feedback scores are higher than ever, covering everything from alignment with our company mission, work-life balance and support from management. We are a small team, but we pride ourselves on pulling together as a tight-knit unit to achieve great things. Many employees have been promoted during their time with us and promotions represent meaningful progression within the business. We are also pleased to be welcoming a number of new joiners to the team over the coming months, including at senior levels, to fill various business needs. All of these individuals have stellar backgrounds and will undoubtedly make fantastic contributions to our business.
