      Pros

      The culture at flexEngage is one of its biggest strengths. We constantly have events that bring everyone together. The fact that everyone, from the CEO all the way down is involved and participate in these events and activities says a lot.

      Flexible working hours, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Very cliquish culture. If you aren't "accepted" by one of the key team members in this culture, they will make your life very difficult. The leadership has a bit of inflated ego, specifically the tech & one of my direct managers during my time there.
