      Flexible working hours, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Very cliquish culture. If you aren't "accepted" by one of the key team members in this culture, they will make your life very difficult. The leadership has a bit of inflated ego, specifically the tech & one of my direct managers during my time there.

      Pros

      The people we work with are exceptional, a really great team that is a pleasure interact with daily. I believe my pay is fair, and the perks and freedom of the job help keep me here.

      Cons

      The fast-paced environment sometimes makes work a bit hectic, and the direction sometimes changes based on market conditions.
