Pros
frog used to have some amazing and most talented coworkers. frog used to do great work now acquired by the worst company (Capgemini), laid off everyone, and doing bland work. The last year I worked at frog there was 4 rounds of layoffs, one including 30% of the company. Turns out they didnt finish then and laid off 50% of a studio, and shut down the best studio (Austin). The website looks cool because the past work was great but all the talented designers were laid off. They kept Strategist that will keep their heads down to integrate them into Capgemini consulting. The work is bland... people remaining aren't really the "frogs" you expect to work with who are pushing boundaries and are creative geniuses. I guess the overall "pro" of joining would be at least for right now the brand is good... and when you get laid off you'd join an alumni community that is super talented and amazing.
Cons
Worst leadership you can possibly imagine. Also if you are a person of color, especially if you are Asian, be aware you are the first person on the chopping block to be laid off. The entire website is a lie nothing about their work remains. Even before the acquisition, frog was going downhill. It's a company with a goal of producing more stuff in the world... more addictive or excessive stuff too. Nothing good about the work they do but now the clients coming in and the management is literally so much worse. If you want to work and use your design skills to make late payments with high fees for banking better... then this is a great place to work.
