Some old people here are like crocodiles, just sitting and doing nothing, but it is hard to accept that they are managers and do not want you to move higher in the company because it would pose a harm to their position.
I worked with such a arrogant manager who comes office late around 4-5 pm and assign you some tasks that would easily took around 4-5 hrs. Means you would be working around 11-12 hours in office, and this is the daily routine not a matter of single day.
office time : 9:30 AM
Out time : 8-8:30 PM
You can imagine the situation now.
