      None that I can see to be honest.

      Cons

      Like going back 20 years. Sales side is like an old boys network. If you don't go for a drink after work you're ostracised - no wonder half of them are divorced! Get into to the office early and stay late to suck up to the bosses who have no other parts to their lives. Disgraceful old boys network!

      Great training. Great Opportunity. Fair Company. Great Benefits. Couldn't ask for more. If you work hard and commit to GRENKE then you will have your opportunity. If sales is in your blood or think it might be then GRENKE is great!

      Pros

      Training was decent, and I learned a lot.

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -Unreasonable expectations for a startup in the United States -Very selective of who they want to partner with even when the firm in the United States was very small -Most people never want to talk about leasing, but 8-10 meetings a week was expected when the firm was only focusing on one state at a time.
