      •Meeting new people •Seeing artists live on your breaks

      Cons

      •Management is 50/50 chance they will be disorganised, half the time new briefings no introduction to whos who just a mess!! •Long hours with bare minimum break •Expected for some shifts to do long hours for a few days on little to no sleep! •Having to argue for breaks when others have started their shift later and get offered breaks first
