Great product and great customer base

There is no stock incentive and limited resources

Genuinely competitive pay, and benefits. At the individual-contributor level, colleagues are hardworking, capable, and supportive, and there is a lot to learn from the people around you. The teams tend to pull together well and look after each other, even under significant and long lasting pressure.

From my viewpoint, direction from the top was extremely inconsistent, which created a pattern of last-minute deadlines and unrealistic requests. Priorities shifted daily and often felt reactive to the CEO's direct wishes, rather than guided by a clear, stable strategy. The result was a consistently high-pressure environment that I found genuinely stressful, and the culture at senior-leadership level was, in my view, difficult and at times toxic. It is a place where strong, committed people can burn out very quickly if the pace and expectations are not managed better.
