      Smart, capable employees. Work life balance is decent most of the time

      Cons

      Blatantly misguided decision-making at the top Neglecting service of existing customers for the sake of growth Constantly pulling back perks (remote work, parental leave, unlimited PTO is next) Work situation will constantly change on you without any notice or compassion.

      Cons

      Leadership, career growth opportunities, company direction are all non existent. Loyalty no longer matters and you're just a number to them. Layoffs are plentiful if you like those.
