Pros

Employees are very friendly and very helpful. Everyone is open to learn new things and help others catch up to speed. The work environment without the boss being around is very nice.

Cons

The CEO is a very arrogant and stubborn person who treats his employees like personal servants. Orders the employees to get things done which are unrealistic without understanding the technicalities in an hour. Treats employees very poorly and never considers the late hours you give to the organisation. Has no respect for other people's time, personal work, opinions and thoughts. Thinks the employees are going to steal office tea mugs and laptop charging cabels. Will act very sweet for few months and promise you incentives and opportunities but will show true colours shortly. Will call your work waste. The CEO only trusts one of the senior member and treats every one else poorly.

Pros

1.) You will get to learn a lot of new technologies the right way. 2.) Apart from technologies the entire flow from from design to development and lot of technical stuffs like ci/cd etc was taught. The reason for 'was' is in the cons. 3.)You will have that attitude of getting things done and will be technically agnostic.

Cons

1.)Very initial stages of the startup and its not a good idea to risk your career. The training was excellent but they don't do that anymore as the business model has been changed. So I won't suggest joining. 2.) Changed the business model from training and sending to clients from doing their own project and products midway. 3)Continuously went downsizing the employees and eventually, we are left with 7 people from 25. 4) Has just one client as of now and minimal cash flow resulting in constant downsizing. 5) No proper management, no hierarchy, just one boss to rule them all. 6)CEO (boss) trusts only his 'trainers' and has super trust issues with the rest of the employees. 7)Constant disagreements on what was approved by the CEO earlier. You will design wireframes get it approved start development then he will be like 'I didn't approve this'. 8.)The training and deploy to client-side business model has been changed and there is just one client and the future looks hazy as of now. 9.)No work life balance whatsover.
