Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. It's really important to us that we create a culture in MRM Global where people feel they belong and can deliver their best work. As we've moved to hybrid working this becomes even more important. Our leadership team are committed to making MRM Global a great place to work and we've been running leadership and management work-outs to raise awareness and develop capability further. Most people feel well supported by their manager, with 95% of people telling us they feel their manager cares about them as a person. In addition, we now have a People team and external employee support service so people have alternative routes if they feel they need support. We're in a much more positive position now with a clear growth strategy aligned with our purpose. I recently completed a 10-week summer internship at Hyble, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences of my career journey. From the outset, the support and guidance provided by the team were outstanding. The weekly “Hyble Huddles” were a standout feature, reinforcing the company's vision and fostering a collaborative environment that kept everyone motivated, and it was clear that strong relationships and team morale are integral to the company's success. Connecting with team members across various departments was also a highlight. Their diverse perspectives and advice were incredibly refreshing and inspiring. The emphasis on both analytical and creative thinking was particularly valuable, demonstrating how integrating these approaches can drive innovation and problem-solving: aspects that were clearly valued and celebrated at Hyble. Overall, my time at Hyble was marked by significant personal and professional growth. I felt welcomed, challenged, and supported throughout my internship.
