Pros

The flexible and relaxing working atmosphere makes fresh graduates feel free to learn new job skills from practice and work comfortably. The staffs are permitted to free-talking in the office. Umployees are used to discussing job-related skills such as excel, payroll systems etc with each other. Although the salary is not satisfying enough to attract excellent graduates and people with working experience, office culture is still the advantage. And woking as a payroll specialist in i-Admin(Shanghai) is highly valued for female graduates.

Cons

Unefficient training leads to the flaws in working procedures. New hires still need to accept the coaching from supervisor, which causes the repeat action and extra time.

Pros

Management promotes trust, autonomy and accountability with its staff. There are many opportunities to try new roles, if wanted. Can really get good experience here. Great coworkers - feels like a family and not as corporate. Enjoyed working there and am still in contact with my ex-colleagues.

Cons

Nowhere is perfect. It's an SME, so don't expect exorbitant salaries, but you can learn a lot. There is high demand and expectations from the company, so you should be prepared for that.

Pros

People are friendly in the company, lots of passionate young people

Cons

the technology is not catching up with the market. Extremely high turn-over rate which affects service delivery and customer servicing. Management has no experience running a large operation with a few hundred staff, the compensation and benefits do not catch up with market.
