      1. Selection process is good 2. Anual Leave facility is good.

      Cons

      1.limited skilled engineer is there and its already deployed in Client location, so there is no any same skilled backup engineer is there for an alternate. 2. Technical Noc Team does not involve in any technical work at the client location. 3. appraisal process is very bad, No any update from an Official team and also from technical team.
