Pros
Great products and very, very clever employees. You'll learn a lot if you can settle into the groove of how things flow.
Cons
Serious growing pains. Most of the designers/engineers started out with the company, in which everyone worked on every project. As the company has been growing, it becomes less tolerable for everyone to get a say on each detail but it still happens. Things move slowly as a result.
