The organization values the challenge process (Principle Based Management terminology) that allows for a thoughtful exchange of ideas that push innovation throughout the company. The work is often fast paced and meaningful given the electoral implications of politically adjacent efforts the company works on

- Work / life balance. In the past, this wasn't as true as it is now, as election season brought large technical workloads. This is not as much the case anymore. There are teams that still feel the crunch during election time, but it's not as painful as it used to be. The other 20ish months are great. - Great benefits: 401k match, disability programs, time off is all industry leader - Great leadership: Focus on growing all products across the organization. There have been a lot of changes recently, and while it is always sad to see folks go (especially people you've worked with closely for more than a decade), the organization continues to be successful and grow. Additionally, it's just a nice place to work. People are nice and helpful. There are lots of opportunities for training and growth, both inside our org and at our parent and sister organizations.
