      Pros

      Fast paced, energy filled company! i360 is always working to develop and to provide more for our clients. The climate is exciting and energizing. But for that hard work you are taken care of and respected by your peers.

      Cons

      i360 is very much for those willing to work hard and learn. Not a slow paced office. We stay until the project is done, not until 5:00 o'clock.

      Pros

      Cross team collaborative environment, without traditional corporate hierarchy. The organization values the challenge process (Principle Based Management terminology) that allows for a thoughtful exchange of ideas that push innovation throughout the company. The work is often fast paced and meaningful given the electoral implications of politically adjacent efforts the company works on

      I had heard some rumors right after I joined and it's turning out to be true. Knives out everywhere. So disappointed.
