      Pros

      Decent pay compared to the rest of the market. Benefits are also commendable.

      Cons

      Not a bad place to work as the rest of the market for entry level tech jobs equate to McDonald’s pay. But there is a serious instability in managements ability to make clear decisions that improve workflows and employee specialization.

      Pros

      Great people and strong work ethic. inclusive environment with support to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Overall vision seemed lost or left poorly communicated from top leadership; layoffs were painful and left negative impacts on those that remained.
