      A very challenging and interesting job content, the investment team was very nice and professional at the time

      Cons

      Bad atmosphere, distant and arrogant top management, bad payroll, a lot of pressure from the top management, poor relationships

      Great startup portfolio; respected CEO’s; strong US investor base

      Cons

      It was difficult to get feedback on work, often my boss would be too busy to answer questions for weeks. The CEO’s never spoke to anyone under VP level - intimidating and hierarchical culture.
