Pros
iCAD is a fast paced company with a lot of growth and change. I appreciated that I was given the opportunity to wear many hats and grow in my role there. The medical benefits were the best I have encountered. The flexibility and work-life balance was very accommodating. My boss treated me well and I felt that my compensation was very fair. Also a great place to impact the lives of others. My favorite part of the job was hearing how the products detected cancer sooner, therefore giving a person a higher rate of survival.
Cons
Sometimes the growth and change can make people uneasy. If one struggles with fear of change this may not be a good fit. I noticed that some employees rose to the challenge and would shine... while others were stifled by fear.
