      Pros

      Enjoyable customer service office position. Co-workers are wonderful, they pay for employees medical and most of vision and dental. Management and Team Supervisors very helpful. Paid Training and Paid Time Off.

      Management is very easy to work for. They are helpful if you need time off and make everyone feel great to be a part of the company!

      Pay is low, they shame people in DEPARTMENT EMAILS instead of 1x1 feedback, and are nowhere to be found if leadership support is necessary While on phones.
