The company has so many great benefits for their employees and goes out of their way to take care of their employees. Aside from the benefits it's easy to get a start in the world of tech with iClassPro since I've met people there who started in customer support and moved there way to other roles within the company.

The only con I can think of would be that it's harder for you to be able to work from home in certain departments compared to others.

Cost of living in Longview is relatively low. Free on site parking. Employment opportunities for local workforce. Suitable for entry level employees just starting their career who enjoys working in a smaller organisation

Less suitable for professionals seeking stable remote work or highly structured operating environments. Executive leadership not easily accessible due to remote appointments The company places significant emphasis on cultural fit, ahead of capability. Candidates considering relocation should carefully understand expectations and the risks associated with "at-will" employment before moving. Limited local employment opportunities if relocating to Longview and the role does not work out. Few public transport options, making a car essential.
