Pros

Some schedule flexibility Ability to work on creative projects if left alone

Cons

Pay inconsistencies are a serious issue. Although the rate is listed at $25/hr, hours are often questioned, cut, or not honored. You’re expected to clock in for 20 hours but only given about 10–12 hours of actual work. Fear-based culture. Everyone is afraid of Abid, the owner. He runs the company in a way that discourages feedback or honest communication. Staff constantly feel on edge, afraid to make mistakes or ask for help. No regard for employees’ wellbeing. There's little to no empathy or understanding for life circumstances. If you need support, you’re more likely to be met with silence or dismissal. The centers are not regularly cleaned. It’s clear cleanliness isn’t prioritized, which is disappointing for a space that works with kids. Owner is cheap, and it shows. From underpaying instructors to cutting costs at every corner, it’s obvious the priority is profit over people or quality. No real leadership, structure, or growth. Expectations are vague, support is nonexistent, and you’re left to figure things out alone. It's not a place for long-term professional development.

Pros

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great hourly pay.

Cons

Kids haha! No but honestly all the children are extremely polite and the company does not tolerate their student being disrespectful towards staff.

Pros

The students and curriculum are really cool. The teachers are knowledgeable and do a good job instructing students.

Cons

The owner is insufferable and speaks to his employees like theyre beneath him. Swindled into me into the role under the guise of higher pay but repeatedly moved the bar despite work and obligations being fulfilled. Owner has trouble employees people a livable wage. Loved to make it look like he knew what he was doing on the outside to customers but in reality struggles to run the business and get along with his employees. Ask him how many emploeeys he's ran through and the business hasnt even been open for a full year.
