      Pros

      Great training. Friendly welcome. Decent pay. I like working with the people we support.

      Cons

      Leadership are rather passive aggressive. Can be a difficult place to work if you have mental health issues as people in leadership are harsh. Like walking on egg shells as there is a big blame culture.
