Pros

iDrive doesn't just run amidst a high-growth environment - it purrs. Relaxed office environment, exceptional revenue-per-employee, extremely competitive service offerings, and an in-touch executive team that I feel is "in the trenches" with lower-rung personnel. CEO and Founder Shaun Rothwell continues to build a culture of high productivity, creativity, and quiet confidence that is underpinned by a philosophy of "Provide meaningful work and an environment of opportunity, and the rest will follow". Every single person employed here knows why they're here. Shaun and the rest of the executive team strike the balance between involving themselves in day-to-day while placing a high level of trust in lower-level personnel. This is confidence inspiring as they are extremely available, yet allow their staff to push the boundaries of their job description as long as it supports the mission. Solid benefit pack, vacation allowance, and competitive compensation. There is no doubt that contributions will be rewarded here.

Cons

While I have a high degree of satisfaction here, there are a few things candidates should know before making a decision. Don't expect to just collect a paycheck - all positions are mission-critical in this business. Not much in the way of a training period, but plenty of internal resources available to learn the business. Personnel are expected to be innovative in their positions and push the boundaries to maximize success.

Pros

Wonderful people to work with who work hard to serve customers and each other. Fun activities. A sense of belonging and connectedness.

Cons

There are some growing pains and experimentation with what will work best for the company's future. But, these are expected when attempting new business vertical opportunities.

Pros

a great way to build cross-functional experience. You’ll manage content calendars, support digital campaigns, and coordinate with sales and product teams, which expands your marketing skill set quickly. Team members are collaborative and willing to step in when workloads spike.

Cons

shifting priorities and tight turnaround expectations create a consistently fast pace that can wear you down over time. Planning is often short-term, and there are few established marketing processes to guide execution. While learning opportunities are abundant, the workload can feel uneven when multiple campaigns overlap without clear prioritisation.
