      Pros

      Great teams, eager to help, product has long successful history with customers

      Cons

      Product is not mission critical with customers, or already have competitor. PE seems to run the business. CEO appears to be absent. Several layoffs in dev and sales to reduce cost (?), then hires others.

      Pros

      Igrafx is a wonderful place to work for in an interesting space with lots of room for personal growth. Culture is also great

      Pros

      Strong leadership team, passionate about customers and employees. Innovative SaaS platform (Process360 Live) that customers actually love; 96% recommend it. Opportunity to own strategy and execution (real autonomy, not micromanagement). Private equity backing provides resources to scale. Competitive salary, good 401(k) match, excellent health benefits.

      Cons

      Fast growth means priorities shift quickly; need to be adaptable. Still building structure in sales and GTM,requires tolerance for ambiguity.
