Pros

I've really enjoyed my time, so far, working at iHOUSE. *Unlimited earning potential, no caps, and a very generous bonus structure *Thorough training process, with unlimited access to managers/trainers if you need help or have questions *Completely remote, I don't have to travel or go into the office *Very gratifying and supportive work environment *Leads are company provided, you can (and should) farm outside of that- but there are more than enough qualified leads provided to keep a full pipeline *WORK/LIFE BALANCE- this is a huge one for me, most sales jobs have required me to work a lot of weekends, and nights. iHOUSE has given me that time back, and I've enjoyed every minute! *Interview process was friendly and inviting

Cons

*Ramp up period can be challenging the first month or so- but that is to be expected with any sales job and management does a really great job with supporting you through that.

Pros

I was only with iHouse a short time due to some unforeseen hiccups in my personal life. I worked with the Director of Sales and the Sales supervisor directly. Both were extremely helpful and offered their time willingly when needed. The office is a great environment, new computers, brand new office equipment, very cushy. The product is interesting and was cool to learn about how it works. I really liked that I was able to make my own schedule. I like early mornings, so getting out at 3pm was awesome.

Cons

- Its an extremely "salesy" atmosphere...meaning, it gets loud. When in the old office on Folsom Blvd, they place a video with a dancing chicken twice a day to help people get motivated to sell during peek hours. It was more of a distraction, especially when potential clients were on the line asking what the techno music was all about. Hopefully that hasn't been reintroduced in the new office. - The sales quota of either 100 dials or 3 hours of talk time was a little bit of a stretch, especially since the list of leads provided had been cycled several times over. - The turn-over seems to be pretty high because in the CRM, you see various notes from people that are no longer with the company, and all within a pretty short amount of time.
