Pros

This is a great company to work for. Management is very pro-active and engaged. The entire staff works as a team to deliver a great product and services. Pay is good and benefits are amazing. Health insurance is completely paid for by the company and is a great plan. We have been working remotely since the pandemic started and I do not think we will be going back to an office environment. I love working from home. We are always super busy too so time really flies.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

*I have loved my time working at iHealthSpot. *This company is established with thousands of clients all over the country. *There is a great sense of team work with all employees working together towards a common goal; to provide the best service for our clients. *Management is open to ideas and allows employees to express their ideas and opinions. *Employees have freedom to complete their assignments by a deadline without being micromanaged. *Managers are always available and willing to assist at all levels *There are opportunities for growth within the company. *Recognition and peer bonding is very important to the upper management and include monthly in house lunches, quarterly events off site and quarterly lunches off site and drinks and snacks provided daily.

Pros

New parent company, Medical Advantage, is great, which is itself a subsidiary of The Doctors Company

Cons

iHealthSpot was acquired by an amazing company in 2021, Medical Advantage, but the scorched-earth mentality of iHealthSpot still pervades the several leaders remaining in this group, unfortunately. Medical Advantage needs to realize that the leaders of iHealthSpot show the MA execs (which are great) a happy face while treating their employees pretty poorly. Hopefully, the Medical Advantage culture will soon overcome the leftover subculture of iHealthSpot. (The five-star reviews here were requested to leave those reviews as part of their job.)
