Pros
I started at iKey about a year ago in a sales administration position. I was able to get great training for the products and sales process while I was a sales admin, which really helped when I was promoted into full time sales after about 7 months. The sales team here is so positive. They have so much energy and they're always supportive of each other and new employees like me. The benefits here are great, especially for the size of the company. So far it's been a great mix of small company friendliness with big company benefits.
Cons
I had training and support from my co-workers, but you definitely also have to learn as you go. I liked it, since I was able to jump right in and help out, but you do have to be comfortable learning quickly and working independently.
