Pros
Many perks such as, lunch every Thursday, full fitness center, annual company parties, consistent large monthly bonuses and great people all around especially in production. We are a close group and many of us have been there for years and have become close friends outside of work. I've never worked somewhere were the owner of the company did so much for me on a personal level, someone who genuinely cares about the families of the employees and took it upon himself to display such generosity. If you are looking for fast passed fun environment to work and be a part of a growing company, this is it.
Cons
Like most manufacturing companies the production slows down towards the end of year, some months are busier than others resulting in seemingly longer work days and weeks. That could also be because we have a strong, experienced production crew that know how to assemble peripherals very efficiently.
