Easy place to work for - Freelance Designer iLocal Employee Review

Fast paced environment. Days went by fast. Was compensated very well. Made more for my position than others in my industry.

Structure could have been improved but was a fluid business with not a lot of time for continual training.

I had my own office.

This is a terrible place to work. Jason the owner puts insane demands on everyone that works at iLocal. He will text you at 9 at night with 15 different demands he wants done. He will then call you out if you miss just one of them. He belittles those around him. No one lasts very long at this job. Jason will make it seem like it's other's fault but either he drives everyone to leave or fires them. As his assistant he drove me crazy. My boyfriend could see the negative effects he was having on my life and after I left, I had major PTSD. Just look at his response to the other negative review and ask yourself if you want to work to someone who talks like that.
