Fun company to work for. Great people.

Can't think of any cons.

Creative and fun environment for the most part. Some very good people to work with. Many Senior Management personnel are wonderful to work with.

Lower management or "Team Leaders" are horrible. As another reviewer wrote, the company is very dated in their business philosophy/model and they seem to be stuck in a weird place. The building, although recently semi remolded, is extremely dated and the remodel process was done on the very cheap side. Way too many processes and meetings in place that severely take away from being 100% productive. Some team leaders are very vulgar in the way they talk and voice their opinions about others. The place is literally a rumor spreading mill and it became almost like a cancerous environment while I was there. I loved my job but couldn't take that part of it any longer. The turnover rate is atrocious.
