My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and stressful. One of the biggest red flags is the employment bond, which feels more like a trap than a professional agreement. Employees are pressured into signing it, and once you’re in, leaving becomes unnecessarily difficult and financially risky. The work culture is highly toxic. There is little respect for employees, and management often communicates in an unprofessional and intimidating manner. Instead of support or guidance, there is constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and blame-shifting when things go wrong. It creates an unhealthy environment where employees feel undervalued and mentally exhausted. Another serious issue is the salary hold and payment delays. Salaries are not credited on time, and sometimes portions are withheld without clear justification. This lack of financial reliability makes it very difficult to trust the organization and plan personal expenses. Overall, the company shows a lack of transparency, poor employee treatment, and questionable policies. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining to carefully review the terms, especially the bond and payment structure, and think twice before making a decision.
