Pros

You can find some very friendly people with a great mindset and good knowledge of their respective field.

Cons

If anyone from the company starts talking about the cons I think they surely start talking about the CEO. I never saw this level of narrow-minded CEO in my whole life. He does talk big do nothing. He doesn't have any passion for this company. He doesn't know how to utilize a team. The only thing he wants to do is micro-managing the whole company. If anything is good for the company he thinks he doesn't want it. He starts to say I'm the CEO and I'm ordering you to do it. He is the most corrupted person in any tech field. He will talk about honesty also give some motivational speech about it but the level of his corruption is beyond anyone imagination level. There are no basic employee rights for the engineers, no level of upgrading your career most importantly you won't get any raise if you don't oil him. If you want to talk about your raise with him, you are going to do a very big mistake. It's a taboo to this guy. Finally, I also want to say this company is has a tech lead who doesn't have a good background history or reputation. Anyone can find his background history with a small investigation.

- Most of the people are very talented and fun to work with. - Product has some potential. - Follows some standard software engineering principles which is a good practice. - Good salary.

Cons

- The CEO is all talk and no walk, that is he says a lot of things which never translates to actions. - The CEO likes to use a lot of buzzwords to make up for his incompetent and hollow software engineering knowledge.
